The company plans to open new offices in Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Greece by the end of the year, with further expansion into France and Germany.
With a business model that leverages specialized contractors, Wegreenit aims to capitalize on the opportunities presented by the 'Green Homes' directive, targeting revenues of 150 million euros by 2025 and up to 500 million euros by 2027 through potential acquisitions.

Wegreenit Expands Internationally with New Holding

Wegreenit, a general contractor from Milan, is set to expand its energy efficiency operations across Europe by forming a new holding company, Wegreenit International.
This strategic move aims to leverage the opportunities presented by the 'Green Homes' directive, which encourages sustainable building practices.
The company has already established a presence in Madrid, Spain, and plans to open additional offices in Barcelona by mid-2025.
By the end of this year, Wegreenit intends to extend its operations to Portugal, Poland, and Greece, with future expansions planned for France and Germany.\n\nUnder the leadership of CEO Fabrizio Candoni, Wegreenit has achieved significant growth, reporting revenues of 90 million euros in 2023.
The company operates in four main business units: Construction, Solar, Structural, and HVAC, and has completed over 200 energy efficiency projects in Italy.
Wegreenit's agile business model relies on specialized contractors, allowing it to manage every aspect of energy efficiency projects, from architectural and engineering design to financial management and project execution.\n\nCandoni highlights the various incentives introduced by many countries to promote green building transitions, noting that Italy's Superbonus has been particularly generous.
Wegreenit aims to apply its expertise in turnkey retrofitting projects to new markets, managing everything from design to financial needs and administrative processes.
The company's revenue targets are ambitious, aiming for 150 million euros by 2025, 240 million euros by 2026, and 350 million euros by 2027, with potential growth to 500 million euros through strategic acquisitions.
